There are three people who left me Comments over the last two months about an errored file from a store purchase, who have not responded to my emails providing a fix.

I want to make sure everyone gets what they have purchased, so if you a) did not get an email response from me after leaving a comment (maybe it’s in a SPAM folder?), or b) received an email from me but did not respond, please reply to my email or leave a comment here to let me know the issue is resolved (or still needs resolving). I want to make sure all issues are 100% fixed; it’s my duty to my fans and supporters.
